MergeMons

Merge, evolve and battle cute monsters in this charming but challenging puzzle game that will have you scratching your head in befuddlement.

Whilst conceptualised with mobile platforms in mind, playing MergeMons on a PC is highly recommended.

  How to Play 

Evolve

• Merge two of the same monsters together to create a stronger monster with a higher maximum Power Rating.
• A monster's Power Rating is indicated by the number in the top-right corner.

Empower

• Increase the Power Rating of your monsters by merging them with different monsters.

Convert

• If you merge two monsters of different elements, the element with the advantage will always take priority.
• Try converting your strongest monsters to a different element like this!

Battle

• Merge a blue monster with a purple monster to have them fight. The monster with the highest Power Rating survives.
• If your monster's element has advantage over its opponent's element, they will receive a +1 to their Power Rating.
• If your monster's element has disadvantage against its opponent's element, they will receive a -1 to their Power Rating.

WIN!

• When all purple monsters in the arena have been defeated and at least one blue monster remains, the level is complete.

 Tips 

Elements

Use your monster's element to gain an advantage in battle.

Astral is strong against Shade.

Shade is strong against Fey.

Fey is strong against Astral.

Devolving

• If a 2-star monster's Power Rating falls below 3, they will devolve.
• If a 3-star monster's Power Rating falls below 7, they will devolve.

Limit

• Each monster has a maximum Power Rating so be careful when you see the LIMIT! tooltip.
• This means that power will be lost if you choose to merge.

MergeMons was conceptualised and built in a few days by two friends.

So, it may well be that this little guy is not the only bug in the game ;)
